Vacuum-Based Semiconductor System Installation and Specialized Training

During 24–26 March 2026, expert engineers from Taiwan visited the ISC Laboratory to carry out the installation of a multi-heating source system and perform comprehensive vacuum testing. This newly implemented system will support emerging research directions at the frontier of semiconductor technology, particularly in vacuum-based perovskite solar cells and quantum battery platforms incorporating organic functional layers.
