Seminar talks: Seminar Series: From Interface to Industry — Front-End Semiconductor Fabrication and Innovation

Today (December, 3rd), ISC’s group was honored to host a special seminar delivered by Prof. Shun-Wei Liu and Prof. Dian Lou from the Organic Electronic Center, Ming Chi University of Technology, Taiwan.
The seminar brought together researchers, students, and industry partners to explore cutting-edge advancements in semiconductor and perovskite technologies. The talks highlighted three key themes:

  • Surface Engineering and Passivation at the Material Level: Emphasizing the critical role of interface control and defect suppression in enhancing device performance and long-term stability.

  • Front-End Fabrication Strategies for Perovskite–Semiconductor Devices: Showcasing innovative processing approaches that bridge fundamental materials science with practical device manufacturing. This insightful seminar strengthened the academic and research collaboration between KMUTT and Ming Chi University of Technology, fostering future opportunities in education, technology development, and joint innovation efforts.
